As the course access is automatically and immediately delivered to your registered email address/account upon successful payment via Razorpay, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the purchase is complete. By making the payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right to a refund as the digital content is delivered to you instantly.

2. Technical Issues & Delivery Failures

In rare cases where payment is successful but course access is not automatically granted:

  • Please do not worry. Your access is completely safe.
  • Contact our support team immediately at support@eduvinaya.com with your Razorpay payment receipt.
  • We will manually verify and activate your account within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Failed or Double Transactions

If your account is debited twice due to a technical glitch during the Razorpay checkout process, or if a transaction fails but money is deducted:

  • The extra or failed amount is usually refunded automatically by Razorpay/your bank within 5 to 7 working days.
  • If you do not receive it within this timeframe, please reach out to us with the transaction details, and we will assist you in tracking it with our payment gateway.
